Public Transport

The city police should set policemen up dressed in casual attire to catch traffic violators.

They should take cabs Buses or Jeeps and observe how these drivers perform on the road and give them tickets before getting off at their destination. I think this would keep our streets safe from crazy public transportation drivers.

Of course, we have to also upgrade the standards of the Philippine police by giving them better road education and worthy of being called law enforcers.
