Today i was in the expressway with this car sporting red plates. Upon our drive into the city i noticed that that the guy driving had no intentions to follow any road rules whatsoever.
The guy overtook aggressively, cut into other people's lanes, crossed the yellow lines and accelerated so abruptly that he had almost hit other commuters in the process.
These people think that having red plates gives them the advantage and security to disrespect the road rules. I think someone has to do something about it.
