When it rains, it pours...

It started out as a cloudy day today

Vietnam has the same as any underdeveloped country in Asia which is the horrible construction of sewage systems. Not to mention when the country's sanitation and garbage disposal does not compensate for the greater population density the result shows when sudden downpours of rain hit the city.

Floods... so today we got stranded at the office since the front side is all flooded and it looks like no one wants to take of their shoes and dare to wade in it.

Quite an experience, feels like Taft ave. back home before they started working on the drains.
