It took forever

I guess i should go back to writing my thoughts here.

Its been a long few months of adjusting to work and different things the new year had to offer. PLDT still hasn't fixed the connection and it has been 5 months running that i have not really been able to get a steady streaming connection to use. I have tried to apply for Globe but the area has not been prepped for any internet connections.

PLDC Ping to Yahoo.com

I was able to log in tonight (after refreshing the browser at least 12 times) with the crappy connection so i decided just to blog.

New things i have learned:
1. My blog has a follower - amazingly someone subscribed to it, maybe by accident. but hey THANKS!Hey cool! someone reads my blog.

2. I checked the DTI (Department of Trade and Industry) website - I wanted to file a complaint against PLDT for the really bad service and discovered that the only page worth visiting on their site is broken.
OMG! where do i complain?

3. PLDT Service Sucks - Not really surprised about this one. I've called so often that i can probably work as a support agent for them.

PLDT Customer Service Process
  1. Hello sir how can i help you? - state problem here
  2. Can i have your name? - required
  3. How are you related to the subsciber? -required
  4. Can i verify your phone number? - makes no sense since it asks you to dial your phone number
  5. Let me put you on hold while i check the details of your complaint. - slow CRM systems
  6. I'm really sorry to hear that sir. - they know there's always something wrong
  7. I do apologize for the inconvenience. - thats all they can do since they are outsourced
  8. I will escalate your concern. - to technical personnel that have no idea what they are doing
  9. I will follow it up. - ...if they are still on duty when the boss comes in
  10. Thank you for calling. - thank god he ran out of steam
New things i have done:
1. With all the memory leaks of XP even with the patches, i finally gave in to installing Vista. I love it, it has more eye-candy and seems to process WoW faster than it does with XP. I just hate the part where i need to get a new Soundblaster card to have stereo surround sound but that's ok since the stereo sound works with most of my games anyways.

Windows VISTA

2. Spent a LOT of time in Facebook - OK so its blogging for dummies, its all automated and really fun.
Facebook - for dummies

3. Had the garden cleaned - I finally got someone to clean up the garden. FINALLY.

New things i will be doing:
1. Going to the gym - yes, i am finally going to do it this week after i get my paycheck
2. Giving Hell - there are some people that are currently giving me crap. little do they know.... *evil laugh*
3. Taking more pictures - I like taking pictures

That's all for now.
